Code of Ethics

Being in perfect agreement with the ethics of INAD, National Institute of Divinatory Arts, I share with you their general ethics, which applies to this site:

Preamble

In order to moralize the Profession of the Divinatory Arts, avoid the multiple drifts that result from these practices where anyone can become overnight medium, seer, astrologer, mage, sorcerer ..., the National Institute of Divinatory Arts ( INAD), which is an association of information, prevention and protection against Abuses and Excesses of the profession, offers, for practitioners wishing to establish satisfactory relationships with consultants and in the interest of all, this Moral and Professional Charter.

Also, to prevent consultants from being abused by certain dubious professionals and by the many falsehoods advertisements, this Charter, applied and respected by all, would be able to offer a guarantee against abusive excesses which discredit all of them. the profession. Any Practitioner who voluntarily subscribes to the acceptance of this Moral and Professional Charter undertakes on honor to respect its provisions and to exercise his activity with seriousness, honesty and loyalty in order to best satisfy the consultants who will do so. call on his services.

Audio services and platforms

The managers, directors of audiotels services and online clairvoyance platforms (...) under penalty of being held liable, undertake to do everything in their power to surround themselves with qualified practitioners, having certain and recognized experience in the field of advice on private life, clairvoyance and astrology ... Any practitioner who adheres to this Charter, acts in an individual approach, freely consented, and must comply with the rules enacted in all their provisions. Otherwise, he will be excluded from the organization with which he collaborates and his professional card will be immediately withdrawn.

Any professional must refuse consultations intended for people who are quite fragile or addicted to clairvoyance, unless it is a work of listening equivalent to psychotherapy at reasonable frequencies. It is important that this be specified and formally recorded in writing if possible before any consultation.

The client is responsible for his actions, unless it is a person in a situation of ill-being, in a situation of extreme weakness, and it will then be appropriate for the interested practitioner to advise him in his best interests and last is responsible for informing the site manager who will take the necessary measures in the interest of the client.

Exercise of the Divinatory Arts

All practitioners undertake to exercise their activity with sincerity, loyalty and objectivity. Any practitioner wishing to exercise a divinatory art for professional purposes must first and according to his status meet all the legal and regulatory formalities for access to industrial and commercial professions and to make the declarations required by law or regulations to competent social and fiscal bodies.

Any practitioner of the divinatory arts undertakes to carry out personalized work and individual studies. Failing that, when the work or part of the work is not personal (in the case, for example, of the use of software), the practitioner undertakes to inform his clients.

Obligation of means

The practitioner of the divinatory arts is only bound by an obligation of means (use of his knowledge, his knowledge, his gift ...)

In the field of the divinatory arts, this obligation of means forbids the practitioner to state certainties, to guarantee the certain realization of events or the accuracy of his predictions.

In the field of occult practices, this obligation of means prohibits the practitioner from promising or guaranteeing a result. The consultant is entitled to reimbursement of any sums paid in the absence of achievement of the guaranteed or promised result.

Occult Works

The practitioner agrees not to perform any occult work (disenchantment, witchcraft, black magic). Any service other than a consultation activity, provided to a client by a practitioner, must be the subject of a written contract, signed by both parties and mentioning the nature of the service and its price.

Respect for private life and professional secrecy

Any practitioner of the divinatory arts is bound by professional secrecy.
The consultation is a strictly confidential act. Personal information concerning consultants will not be disclosed to third parties, including any other professional, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly.
The practitioner refrains from threatening the consultant to disclose them.
The practitioner is prohibited from using this information for purposes other than divination and consultation activities.
The practitioner is prohibited from recording or filming the consultant without his knowledge.
The professional refrains from keeping or archiving personal and private documents or objects belonging to consultants. Any such document or object must be handed over to its owner upon first request.
Any consultant must be informed of any conservation or recording of nominative personal data concerning him, even if it is only his name and address. The practitioner refrains from soliciting, keeping or recording information of a racial, political, union, philosophical or religious nature.

Fraudulent maneuvers

The practitioner undertakes to respect the free will of his consultants and refrains from exerting any influence over them.
He refrains from abusing the naivety or credulity of people in a situation of weakness or fragility, from taking advantage or exploiting the weakness, loneliness or emotional turmoil of single people, the elderly, the sick, the disabled. ..
He refrains from engaging in staging or maneuvers likely to mislead the customer.

Advertising and quackery

The professional must contribute to the fight against charlatanism; all advertising must be fair and truthful.

Information and information obligation

The practitioner undertakes to kindly inform his consultants and to answer in all honesty to any question that they may formulate. This obligation to provide information must be respected, including over the telephone, without the consultant having to travel or meet the practitioner to obtain them.

The professional undertakes to inform each client:

  • the scope and limits of the divinatory arts

  • the approximate duration of the consultation

  • of its fees, prices, tariffs.

  • the fees, prices, tariffs will be displayed in his office.

Fees and payment methods

The fees of the practitioners are free and depend on the real and confirmed competence of the interested parties. They must be clearly displayed in the office or clearly stated during telephone consultations. Any practitioner is prohibited from making abusive withdrawals of credit cards.

Minors

Any practitioner of the divinatory arts undertakes not to receive a minor in consultation, except with the written authorization of the holder of parental authority.

Relationship with other professionals

Any practitioner of the divinatory arts refrains from denigrating a colleague or tarnishing his image to better attract his client.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint or dispute will be received with special attention by the practitioner. In the event of a dispute with a consultant and without prejudice to legal proceedings, the practitioner undertakes to make the necessary efforts to find an amicable solution, if necessary with the assistance or intervention of a consumer association or the 'INAD which, in accordance with its mission provided for in its statutes, undertakes to do what is necessary to find, in discretion, a satisfactory solution between the two parties.

This Charter was submitted to the DGCCRF "loyalty service" before its publication and recommended by the State Secretariat in charge of Trade, Crafts, Small and Medium Enterprises, Tourism, Consumer Services is likely to '' be supplemented or modified later. Anyone who has signed this Charter may suggest any modification or addition to the management of INAD. The rules contained in this Charter are neither exhaustive nor restrictive.
